Government Programs & ADA Remodeling Grants

For ADA remodeling, safety upgrades, and essential home repairs, several federal and state programs provide grants and low-interest loans to eligible homeowners.

USDA Section 504 Home Repair

This program is based on income and rural location, offering up to a $10k grant and $40k in a loan. It provides grants (for adults 62 or older with very low income) and low-interest loans to repair, improve, or remove safety hazards in rural homes.
